How to order
Option 1 : Pay on-line using Pay-Pal.
( N.B. When setting up your pay-pal a/c be aware of the following:
Entering your telephone number information has led to some confusion,
in the first box you must enter your country code which will be two numbers
e.g. for U.K. = 44 , then add your full number including the std code in the second).
This you will only need to do once.
Option 2: Pay by post, sending a cheque , with your order form.
( See instructions below for postal orders)
Urgent / Special / large orders can be discussed by e-mail.
When ordering please fill in the Order form & post it with a cheque made payable to :

Please make sure you give us your details at point of order, including stock code & the required thigh measurement (see Products page).
Postage & packing costs
Add £ 2.95 for orders below the value of £75 in total (Post).
Add £ 4.50 for orders above the value of £75 in total (carriage).
Note: The delivery cost of large orders will be discussed via e-mail when ordering.
Delivery terms
Garters will be despatched within 5 days from receipt of on-line payment verification.
Garters will be despatched 7 to 10 days from receipt of cheque.
An invoice will be despatched with each order, please quote this number in any correspondence.

Pricing
All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if required.
Materials
All references to gold & silver relate to the colour of the material & not what it is made of.
All references to roses, pearls etc relate to man made products.
Materials may vary subject to availability.
All garter dimensions are approximate.
Refunds
Goods damaged in carriage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
All other refunds must be agreed before returning goods.
Non-damaged goods returned after agreement will incur a 15% handling fee, postage & packing is non-refundable.
Postage & packing costs for goods returned is non-refundable.
